Article 2 – Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties for the sale and delivery of the product that the BUYER orders electronically from the SELLER's website, www.anoterra.co.

Article 4 – General Provisions

  1. The BUYER accepts that they have been informed of the basic features of the product, the sale price, the payment method and the delivery details, and that they approve them.
  2. The product covered by the agreement is delivered to the address the BUYER gives, within the legal period.
  3. For products delivered to a third person, the SELLER is not liable for losses caused by the person who refuses the delivery.
  4. The SELLER is responsible for delivering the product free of defects, complete, and as described in the order.
  5. If the price of the product is not paid or is cancelled in the bank records for any reason, the SELLER is released from the duty to deliver.
  6. If the price is not paid because the BUYER's credit card was misused, the BUYER must return the delivered product to the SELLER within 3 days.
  7. If the product cannot be delivered in time because of force majeure, the BUYER is told. The BUYER may cancel the order, ask for an equivalent product instead, or ask to postpone the delivery.
  8. Products not covered by a warranty can be sent to the SELLER if they are faulty. The SELLER pays the shipping cost.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

The BUYER has the right to withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product. The right applies on condition that the product is unused and its packaging has not been opened. If the BUYER withdraws, the SELLER pays the shipping cost.

Article 6 – Products Not Covered by the Right of Withdrawal

  • Products that spoil quickly or whose shelf life may expire
  • Products whose packaging has been opened and which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Products made to the buyer's specification or prepared on special request

Article 7 – Competent Court

For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees (Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri) are competent up to the monetary limit set by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Türkiye, and the Istanbul Anatolian Consumer Courts are competent above that limit.
